Riverdale, a 31 acre micro township was launched in 2015 in the micro geography of Kharadi in East Pune. JOB OVERVIEW This role is to progress the organic search ranking on a pre-determined frequency for the corporate brand . Make bi-weekly revisions to content on the website under a monthly calendar that outlines the focus areas under review weekly. We are looking for a back-end expert who in a disciplined & a methodical manner will ensure that the website become the single most lucrative channel for genuine home buyers looking to deep dive onto the company’s webpages to better understand the offering. JOB DESCRIPTION Other than generic keywords, investigate and discover keywords relevant to the brand which include keywords relevant to the specific product typology Prioritize content and subject ideas by the highest conversion potential and not necessarily just keywords with the highest search volume Research competition content identifying gaps / keep making changes content to ensure freshness Consider sites that have topical content which is popular, search wise and have high DA for back links Refresh / Refurbish / Optimize & Continuously Improve the existing content Work on inputting daily sorter content feed relevant for buyer search Own and manage the blog calendar while optimizing for content topics Ensure that the content ingeniously covers long-tail keywords which are seamlessly embedded into the content Look at content with a lens to make it viral across platforms, be it an X thread, a LinkedIn carousel or over YouTube. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION / BACKGROUND Should have hands-on experience working in an agency for at least 4 years, all of which should have been spent in executing strategies for a roster of brands including real estate Should have a Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing or a Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing along with certified credits acquired though online certifications. Intrinsically curious who digs deep to find newer ways of expressing truth and narrative to become more relevant Experience in prioritizing digital PR to get high-quality, authoritative backlinks. Experience in using AI to scale content yet using original insight to create differentiation and relevance EXPERIENCE Should have an overall experience of about 4-5 years of proven experience as a social media strategist Should possess a strong understanding of social media platforms Creative strategist with a passion for being able to spot and unearth a creative idea
