Enable users for Direct Routing Enable per-user calling features Plan. Configure Phone policies and assign extensions to users. Configure auto attendants and call queues. Monitor Microsoft Teams Phone Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients and devices. Troubleshoot Direct Routing connectivity and resolve incidents. Should have good experience of working on IP telephony solutions Should have fair understanding of Network fundamentals, certifications in network stream would be beneficiary. Working knowledge of Networking products, and protocols Experience in supporting, trouble shooting and administering of the Voice products, devices, and technologies including Microsoft Teams admin center, Poly phones AudioCodes Mediapacks and AudioCodes SBCs.Must have skills MS Teams Telephony (Direct routing) Hands-on experience on AudioCodes Mediapacks, SBC IP phone troubleshooting VoIP Troubleshooting experience SIP ServiceNow
