Founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we are on a growth trajectory, having raised seed funding in April 2023. Our team of 35 is set to expand to 50 as we continue our journey.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the full partnerships cycle—from cold outreach to onboarding and long-term relationship management.Actively source and engage potential partners through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn and other channels.Conduct product demos to showcase the value of QuickReply.ai for different partner types and use cases.Maintain a healthy and well-documented partner pipeline, using CRM tools to track outreach, conversations, and performance.Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, product, and sales—to align partnership strategies and drive joint initiatives.Serve as a trusted point of contact for partners, offering support, insights, and collaboration opportunities to drive mutual growth.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in partnerships, preferably in MarTech.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.Opportunity to work with an innovative product in a high-growth industry.Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.
