With the help of AI & ML, Ivy Homes is using data from various channels across industries to predict the prices of an apartment.As a nextgen entity, Ivy Homes is building systems for handling millions of GBs of data which has to be safely stored over the years to find trends in the housing market.Our core team comprises IIT Kharagpur and IIT Kanpur alumni with excellent business and technology acumen. We are backed by marquee Venture Capitalists in the ecosystem, including Y-Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Global Founders Capital and Venture Highway. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic people to join us on this journey.PROPERTY SPECIALIST - ROLE SUMMARYAs a Property Specialist you will be the first touchpoint between us and our clients. You will be the first voice representing Ivy Homes to potential sellers and buyers, creating a crucial first impression of Ivy Homes. It’ll be your prerogative to accurately understand the requirements of our customers and help them navigate our business pipeline. You will work in one of the most critical roles supporting both our Sales and Business Development teams. This role is a combination of office and on-site role, where you will get an opportunity to work alongside our Sales team supporting client visits as well. Planning to achieve targets must be your strong suit. You’ll work to ensure the appropriate use of the CRM tool and guarantee hygiene across process implementation in the Sales and Marketing team.WHAT WILL YOU DO?You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homesCommunicating with owners of houses that Ivy Homes is evaluatingVirtually showcasing our apartments to prospective buyers and help Sales team in closing transactionsExecuting data gathering and logging data promptly on CRM.Generating dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.Helping close sales and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?1-4 years of experience in a similar role.Enthusiasm to learn record maintenance and reporting in a new CRM systemHaving experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatoryProficient in English and any other Indian languageGood organisational skillsAbility to work at a quick paceAbility to coordinate well with multiple stakeholdersA desire to maintain data in order at all timesStrong observation skillsPositive target-driven mindsetThis is a 6-days work week and weekends will be working. This is because weekends are the busiest in the real estate industry
