Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the dark store operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.2. Order Fulfilment: Develop and implement efficient order fulfilment processes to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of orders.3. Team Performance & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance,support, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, taking proactive measures to address any issues and drive improvements. Conduct weekly performance reviews of the regional team, ensuringdiscipline, integrity, and accountability. Lead by example by working duringfestivals.4. Inventory and Raw Material Management: Ensure adequate stock of materials in all CFCs through efficient inventory teams. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) basis for material usage.5. Quality Control: Conduct random checks on flower quality, merchandise quality, and expiry dates to uphold product standards and freshness.6. Loss Prevention: Prevent pilferage at CFCs and enforce strict adherence to inventory management using FIFO.7. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service.8. Customer Escalations Management: Timely resolution of customer escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service quality.9. Financial Oversight: Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce overhead expenses, and increase revenue streams, ultimately maximizing operational profitability across the region.10.
