Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Sales Manager to manage and expand our distribution network across India. This pivotal role will involve leading nationwide sales operations, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales leadership and distribution management.Key Responsibilities :1. Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets across all regions in India.Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth.Plan and execute nationwide sales campaigns and promotional activities.2. Distribution Network ManagementBuild, nurture, and manage relationships with distributors and partners across India.Monitor market conditions, analyze competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies to stay ahead in the market.Expand market reach by building and managing a high-performing sales team PAN India.3. Revenue and Market Growth Drive revenue growth by exploring new markets and expanding product reach.Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and market share.Adjust pricing, promotions, and growth strategies based on market demands and customer needs. 5. Business Performance Analysis·Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.  Leverage data-driven insights to forecast trends, set ambitious yet achievable targets, and guide decision-making.Implement corrective measures to address challenges in underperforming regions.Key Qualifications :EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Experience4-5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution within the electronics, networking, computer peripherals industry.Hands-on experience in managing large-scale distribution networks and multi-regional operations.Skills and Competencies·      Exceptional leadership and team management skills.·      Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.·      Strategic and analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.·      Proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and preparing performance reports.·      Adept to market changes and solving complex operational challenges.
