If you have a passion for storytelling and a flair for creating compelling content, we want you on our team!Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Content Specialist and Social Media Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand growth through strategic marketing efforts. We are looking for add on value from someone who can work closely with other teams inside the company to create cohesive and compelling content strategies.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, graphics, and social media updates. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Schedule and publish posts using HootSuite or similar tools. Video Production: Create and edit engaging videos to showcase our brand, and services. Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as MetaAds and TiktokAds to drive engagement and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future content strategies and improve ROI. Provide regular reports to managers. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to engage our audience.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and HootSuite. Experience with MetaAds and other social media advertising platforms. Strong storytelling skills with a creative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
