Mandate open in a Leading Immigration Firm based in the US.Team Lead - US ParalegalExperience: 6–8+ years in U.S. immigration with a focus on H-1B, L-1, RFEs, and LCA filings. Leadership & Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of immigration specialists, ensuring timely and compliant handling of cases.- Min. 3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity Case Management:- Oversee the full lifecycle of H-1B and L-1 petitions from intake to post-filing follow-up.- Review and prepare complex petitions, including RFEs and LCA filings.- Draft and review client documentation such as support letters, organization charts, and job descriptions.Client Interaction & Communication:- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients and internal stakeholders.- Provide strategic updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.- Conduct regular check-ins and handle high-priority escalations.Compliance & Process Excellence:- Ensure adherence to USCIS and Department of Labor regulations.- Stay current with immigration policy changes and update processes accordingly.- Maintain organized and audit-ready case files using legal tech tools (INSZoom preferred)Connect me on : swati@
