It is also involved in some internal optimization solutions for Manufacturing organizations. This team typically focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize network performance, enhance customer experiences, and automate operational tasks and operates at the intersection of AI, telecom networks, and large-scale data processing, driving innovation in communication technologiesThe main functionalities which are covered by Tejas AI/ML group are:Fault predictionNetwork Anomaly detectionNetwork Resource/Path OptimizationSystem resource OptimizationDDOS attack detectionLog/Text Analytics/chatbots using Large Language ModelsCritical Wireless use cases (ex: Slicing, Coverage and Capacity optimization, Energy Saving, Power optimization, Mobility optimization and more)Contribution to Wireless 6G 3gpp specificationsIt is also involved in Developing Data Engineering Infrastructure and pipelines for AI/ML Training and InferenceWhat you work:Data Processing, Analytics, Rapid prototyping:Work on processing large volumes of data, including parsing, aggregating, and analyzing data to extract actionable insights.Implement simple python based reusable utilities for parse, categorize and visualize data.Build interactive dashboards for Data AnalyticsIdentify patterns in data for rapid prototyping of automation tasks - driven by statistics and ML.Implement Feature Engineering, Model selection and evaluation parameters for PoC creations Mandatory skills:To perform Data-Analytics i.e quick reusable point-and-click dashboarding using python-based tools / frameworks such as matplotlib, plotly, panel, streamlit, altair, holoviz, seaborn, etc.Experienced in techniques such as 'linked-brushing', widgetting, filtering (single/multi-select) to create dynamic plots (scatter, kde, pairplots, histograms, violin plots, CI intervals).Good understanding of statistics, data analytics, supervised and unsupervised ML techniques (t-test, p-values, confidence interval determination, ANNOVA, regression, clustering, DTrees, DBSCAN, k-means etc.)Rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept (PoC) creation to validate hypotheses.Candidates with active github repository with experimental projects would be preferredKnowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (Decision Trees, SVM, XBOOST, Random Forest)/time-series (LSTM, ARIMA, SARIMA) methodologies and modelling techniquesFamiliarity with Machine learning pipeline tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, DatabricksDesired skills:Implement Data/Training/Inference pipelines for Data Ingest/Model Training and InferenceFine-tuning, debugging, enhancing explainability of models to obtain consistent performanceAPI Development: Create and maintain APIs communication and integration with other platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, network engineers, and DevOps, to ensure project alignment with business goals.Documentation: Document the development process, architecture, and standard procedures for easy maintenance and knowledge sharing.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within Python and telecom domains.Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degreeCandidate should be good with python programming.Diversity and Inclusion Statement:Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
