Job Title: Store Incharge – MinimartLocation: Kozhikode, Kerala Experience Required: Prior experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment is essential.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our Minimart. The ideal candidate must have a background in supermarket or retail store management, with strong leadership and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Store Operations: Oversee and manage daily store activities to ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and profitability.Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate store staff; conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high team productivity.Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service standards; promptly address and resolve customer queries and complaints.Sales Monitoring & Strategy: Track sales performance and execute strategies to improve overall store sales and customer retention.Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock rotation, avoid shortages, and coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors.Store Presentation & Hygiene: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily and monthly reports covering sales, expenses, and cash handling.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal, licensing, and compliance requirements relevant to store operations.Billing & POS Oversight: Handle billing processes, resolve POS-related issues, and ensure proper maintenance of cash registers and payment systems.Candidate Requirements:Minimum [2-4] years of experience in a supermarket or retail store setting.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Interested Candidate send Your CV: jijin@
