Location Guindy, Chennai, India (Work from office - 5 days per week)Experience 8 to 10 yearsSkills Required Minimum 3 years of development experience.Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience (Mobile applications – Preferred)Comfortable with Data – SQL queries Excellent communication skillsTechnical skills System design (Cache, DB, Microservices, Cron jobs, AWS S3, Debugging App in Android Studio, Debugging Webpages in Chrome Inspect) (Basic level) Interpreting API & SDK documentation (Basic level) Roles and Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of our customers. Analyze current customer journeys to define friction points.Define customer problem statement through first principles approach, prioritize problems using a data centered approach, identify the key metrics impacted.Define the target metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritize the product roadmap.Write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with engineers on the team.Work closely with the Engineering team in defining the techno functional solution and deliver a world class product through the MVP and Iteration approach.Work closely with our clients to ensure the adoption of products, measure usability and build iterations.
