About the Company - Decimal Point Analytics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the Talent Management function for our two offices in GIFT City.About the Role - The ideal candidate will bring 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.Build strong relationships with employees and managers to effectively address HR concerns and challenges.Employee Engagement: Conduct daily employee connect sessions to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.Utilize employee feedback to implement actionable strategies for improving satisfaction and retention.Incentive and Government Schemes Management: Oversee and manage all government incentive programs and schemes applicable to the GIFT City location.Ensure compliance with government policies and leverage opportunities to maximize organizational benefits.HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and adherence to statutory requirements.Facilitate performance management processes, ensuring timely feedback and goal alignment.Policy and Process Implementation: Drive the effective implementation of HR policies specific to the GIFT City offices.Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.Collaboration with Support Teams: Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of cross-functional requirements.Act as the HR representative in cross-departmental projects and initiatives.Learning & Development: Identify and address training and development needs through workshops and targeted programs.Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and organizational policies relevant to GIFT City.Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, employee engagement, and government scheme effectiveness to senior leadership.Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.Required SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Expertise in employee engagement, talent management strategies, and HR operations.Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and government incentive programs applicable to GIFT City.Preferred SkillsExperience managing government incentive schemes or working in GIFT City will be a significant advantage.
