Position: Manager HRBPLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)Role:Leads a team and works directly with an organization's senior leadership to conceptualize, orchestrate, guide, develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies that closely supports organizational goalsLeads end-to-end people initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionBe a catalyst in HR Analytics by building health dashboards with a focus on business & people insights, analyze trends and metrics in partnership with teams across the HR group, to develop solutions and programsPromotes employee well-being, culture, and diversity with various initiatives Org. initiativesManages the lifecycle of Performance management e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, talent developmentProvides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planningWorks in collaboration with the Training & Development team to identify training needs for business unitsPartners with the legal department as needed/required and ensuring regulatory complianceSkills/Abilities:Excellent in verbal & written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factorsAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesAble to support the needs in a fast paced and growing organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with MS OfficeEducation and Experience:10 to 12 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issuesWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
