We are based in Khushkhera, Rajasthan.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Khushkhera, Rajasthan. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities. This includes performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and conducting electrical maintenance. The Maintenance Engineer will also be involved in implementing maintenance engineering techniques and ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive and Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery and utilities (e.g., atomization units, milling systems, furnaces, compressors, etc.). Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they lead to downtime.Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults in equipment. Perform or coordinate repairs to ensure minimal production interruption.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with internal quality systems (ISO, etc.) and statutory requirements.Process Improvement: Work with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance and implement improvement projects. Recommend upgrades or modifications for enhanced efficiency and safety.Team Coordination: Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance tasks. Conduct training sessions for operators and junior maintenance staff on basic troubleshooting and safety practices.QualificationsEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.Experience: 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing plant maintenance and repair (preferably in metallurgical or powder processing industries).Knowledge of slurry flow handling, powder handling is a plus.Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and PLC-controlled equipment. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on approach. Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Safety-conscious mind set a must. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
