Roles & Responsibilities:Airline relationship management through periodic meetings with relevant team members in airlines as per the portfolio assigned.Responsible for renewal and cracking PLB / Tactical deals with AirlinesResponsible for Onboarding New airlinesGrow Revenue per Segment (RPS)Maintain Airline Performance reports, Analyze trends an take corrective actions basis the analysisEvaluate and track business performance against various financial and non-financial parametersTo check and maintain capacity / top airline partners information / deals running in market SWAT analysis for competitors pricing and content / BenchmarkingStrong connect with market, sound interpersonal and communication skillsCoordinate with Internal departments for execution of Tactical deals and airline promotionsTo succeed in this role – you should have the followingCommunication, Negotiation, Analytical skills, Problem solving, hunger for learing, Airline Market knowledge People with Airline / GDS background would be preferredPeople with Similar Job profile would be preferred with OTA / B2B / TMC companies would be preferred
