You'll be supporting both strategic projects and day-to-day activities, with exposure to onboarding, career development, and broader talent initiatives like wellbeing and D&I.Key Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Support & Central L&D Setup Support the Head of L&D with ad hoc tasks and wider strategic projects.Help build and refine L&D structures, systems, and processes as part of our ongoing improvements to this centralized function. Talent Onboarding & Career PathwaysHelp administer learning-related onboarding for new joiners and early-career professionals (e.g., corporate induction, our sales academy, graduate programs). Administration & Stakeholder CommunicationSchedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events.Communicate with internal and external trainers, speakers, managers, and delegates regarding logistics and objectives.Manage L&D inbox and respond to queries from employees, managers, and external suppliers.Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth delivery of external training and resources.Maintain strong communication with managers and stakeholders across the business to support learning priorities. Content Production & PromotionHelp Head of L&D with the creation and delivery of high-quality training materials (presentations, recordings, videos).Liaise with product marketing and subject matter experts to integrate business-critical content.Work with Internal Communications to promote L&D content, programs, and initiatives through relevant channels.Upload and maintain content on our e-learning platforms and staff intranet. Tracking, Reporting & ComplianceTrack attendance and completion of training sessions and e-learning.Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on participation, progress, and feedback.Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of available learning support, including internal and external offerings.Monitor feedback to suggest and implement improvements to our learning programs. What You’ll BringExperience in an administrative, coordination, or HR support role (preferably within L&D or a training function).Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom/Teams, PowerPoint, and e-learning platforms.A proactive and adaptable mindset – ready to help shape a growing function and make an impact from day one.An interest in talent development, employee engagement, and building an inclusive learning culture.What we are looking for:Masters’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field2-5 years of experience in a learning and development Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platformsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plusKnowledge of learning principles and instructional designCommitment to D&I and EEO:We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
