Company Profile: TCPL Packaging Limited is one of the largest manufacturers of printed packaging materials in India having manufacturing units at Silvassa, Haridwar, Noida, Goa, Chennai & Guwahati.Sector: Sector is must from Flexibles Packaging.Desired profile of the candidate: The candidate should be good in communication skill, 10+ Years of experience in selling Flexible packaging and should have knowledge of domestic market.Job Description / Responsibilities:Key account management.Business Development for Maharashtra & India.Should be well versed with Indian flexible packaging market specifically Pouching.Client servicing of existing clients.Follow ups with Internal & External stakeholders.Preparation of MIS reports.Must be well versed with ERP system, Microsoft Office, email to generate reports and leading the team.Work with team members to establish goals and advise on ways to improve performance, achieve goals and help sales to obtain expected quotasDevelop strategic and tactical sales initiatives that meet or exceed budget objectives for profitable short- and long-term goals and market share objectives.Qualification: Graduate /MBA in Marketing.
