We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Solutions, Marsh Advisory India, at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Gurgaon/Bngaluru/ChennaiManager/Senior Manager – Consulting Solutions, Marsh Advisory India.We will count on you to:Conduct electrical safety audits and providing technical consulting support to clients in the field of electrical safety.Conduct electrical arc flash studies, infrared thermography, and lightning protection adequacy studies and energy audits .Develop and delivering training modules.Assist client in understanding various standards and codes in the field of electrical safety and help them in improving their facilities and protection schemes accordingly. What you need to have:Well versed with local and international electrical safety regulations and codesBachelor’s degree in electrical engineeringExperience 5-8 years in the field of electrical safety Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook Physical Requirements:The profile will involve 65% travel in India and abroad.What makes you stand out?Strong oral and written communication skills.Good listening skills.Basic negotiation skills.Proficient in the use of computers.Solid technical aptitude including a diverse knowledge of engineering principals.Strong analytical thinker with logical application.Decisive problem solver.Develops and maintains client relationships.
