Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Response Executive to provide technical support and customer service to our internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT service requests through a ticketing system, and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Network Operations Centre (NOC) tools to monitor and resolve network-related issues.Location: Ahmedabad6 Days a week working (Rotational shifts/12 hours)Key Responsibilities:Respond to IT support tickets raised by end-users through the ticketing system.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.Close tickets with accurate resolution notes and ensure user satisfaction with the solution.Utilize CRM tools to manage and log customer interactions, ensuring that all IT-related support requests are tracked and monitored.Use NOC tools to monitor network performance and identify potential issues.Respond promptly to network alerts, diagnose issues, and escalate incidents as needed.Offer troubleshooting steps for common IT problems, including operating system and application errors.Also have the Sound knowledge of SOC.Join our team and contribute to a collaborative, innovative environment, where your ideas can truly make a difference.We look forward to receiving your application
