At INI Design Studio, we prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.Position Overview:As a Mid-Level Architect, you will play a crucial role in all phases of architectural projects, from design conception through to project completion. You will work closely with senior architects and the project team to create innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client goals and project vision.Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating with various project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with regulatory standards and codes.Technical Expertise: Provide technical input on material selection, building systems, and sustainable design strategies to ensure feasibility and performance.Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and provide recommendations for design and construction strategies.Problem Solving: Address design challenges and provide creative, cost-effective solutions to meet project objectives.Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff and interns, assisting in their development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.4-6 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to large scale projects.Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction documentation standards.Strong design skills with an emphasis on creativity, sustainability, and technical execution.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.LEED accreditation or similar sustainability certification is a plus.
