We are hiring for Business Analyst role for one of our client.Be responsible to collaborate with respective domain stakeholders from Business Stakeholders, Partners or Client, as well as working directly with technical squads through agile ways of working to deliver the world-class digital solutions. Manage requirement gathering, perform manual QA, provide Level 1 support to internal/external business unit and partnership, provide support to the Product Owners/Product Managers.You will be responsible forYou would work closely with the CX/digital leader and management to understand the vision, priorities, recommend/shape and execute a product roadmapWork closely with Product Lead to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROITranslate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/product owners.Backlog management, iteration planning, elaboration of the user stories and quality assurance on the output meeting business expectation.Assisting in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan, working with all departments to executeDevelop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future iterationsManage/Execute the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.Participates in the QA of product feature or product launches to ensure features & functions are working as per the acceptance criteria defined by Product Owners.Provide end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries, resolve, and escalate issues.Manages and tracks the status of issues throughout the product life cycle and prioritize coordinating with product owners and other business stakeholders.For you to be successfulWe expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competenciesAdaptableYou are quick to adapt approach and act flexibly in response to changes in the strategic and or roadmap direction of the organizationYou are able to manage multiple requirements in a positive and proactive manner adjusting approach to reach goals as required. Adaptable approach to workYou will require the following qualifications and skillsDegree holder in Business or Information TechnologyAn experienced digital professional with 5+ years in the digital product management industry in roles of Product Owner or Business AnalystPractical experience in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance TestingExperienced in Agile methodology project delivery working with offshore teamAdvantage to candidates with familiarity / understanding in the insurance sectorStrong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured and proactive.Good communication skills, able to work with user departments and vendors.Good problem solving and strong analytical skills, able to clearly present results systematically and logically.Innovative with good presentation and communication skillGood team player, self-initiative and able to work independentlyWritten and Speaking: English MUST, Cantonese Language Preferred
