Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Retail Expansion Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the retail expansion strategy for our company. This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of new Experience Centers and large-format retail stores while ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality retail environments on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage end-to-end retail expansion projects, including new store developments and renovations. ● Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. ● Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. ● Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. ● Ensure all retail projects adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. ● Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members. ● Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. ● Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges. ● Deliver regular updates and reports to executive stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. ● 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in retail, construction, or related industries. ● Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site retail projects. ● Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primevera, or similar software. ● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● In-depth knowledge of retail operations, design processes, and construction management. ● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
