With this acquisition, GoKwik aims to provide a seamless, frictionless returns experience, covering the entire shopping journey from initiation to successful return, further solidifying its position as a holistic e-commerce enablement partner.Who Are We Looking ForWe’re looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our shipping aggregator.You should have 3–4 years of product experience, with at least 2 years in shipping/logistics or e-commerce. Strong understanding of courier integrations, label generation, tracking, NDRs, and D2C logistics workflows is essential.You’ll define the roadmap, lead integrations, and work cross-functionally to improve shipping cost, speed, and success rates—while staying aligned with market trends and merchant needs.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end product lifecycle for our shipping aggregator — from discovery to GTM and beyond.Work closely with shipping carriers, 3PLs, D2C brands, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand merchant pain points.Define the product roadmap and work with engineering, design, data, and operations to execute it with speed and quality.Optimize for metrics like shipping cost, delivery speed, success rate, and merchant NPS.Lead integration efforts with shipping partners, label generation systems, tracking flows, and NDR management.Collaborate with customer success and sales to gather feedback and continuously improve product-market fit.Stay on top of market trends, competition,and evolving D2C needs.What You'll Need3–4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the shipping/logistics aggregation or e-commerce logistics space.Strong understanding of shipping workflows — from label generation to tracking, NDRs, returns, and rate cards.Experience working with courier APIs, WMS, OMS, and logistics dashboards.Proven ability to manage tech and operational complexity across multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and building 0 to 1 products.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Familiarity with D2C merchant needs and e-commerce platform integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).Bonus: Exposure to pricing engines, recommendation systems, or logistics performance analytics
