Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.Martech Integration: Utilize marketing technology tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest developments in the martech landscape to leverage new opportunities.Media Buying: Develop and implement media buying strategies to optimize reach and ROI. Manage relationships with media partners and negotiate favorable terms.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including brand, category, and analytics, as well as external partners such as media agencies and platform representatives, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.To succeed in this role – you should have the followingQualifications/Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (AdWords & DV360), and programmatic advertising platforms.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
