About the DepartmentThe Human Resources business unit enables TresVista's people across departments to catalyze our clients' impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing experience across the employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. The HR Shared Services Center is the hub for all HR operational and standardized tasks across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) employee life cycle. It focuses on streamlining processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring consistency in HR practices. About the role The Senior Vice President leads the HR Shared Service Center operations, unifying governance, measurements, reporting and continuous improvement activities under one leader. This role aims to enhance the strategic and operational effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of these services to meet organizational goals.Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and complianceEnsure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and inquiries within defined SLAsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service qualityLeverage technology and automation to streamline HR operationsEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies for HR OperationsManage risk and ensure data integrity and confidentialityEnhance the employee experience by providing responsive and high-quality HR supportReport, monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-makingPrepare and present reports on HR service delivery and performanceUse data, analytics, and industry insights to assess service performance against benchmarks. Recommend strategic or tactical changes as neededPrerequisitesProven track record of managing and scaling HR operations and leading teams.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong collaborator, strategic thinker, customer focused with an eye for detailExperience15+ years of progressive experience in leadership role implementing and/or operating HR OperationsEducationGraduate (PGDM or MBA Equivalent preferred) Compensation The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
