The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with the engineering team to deliver optimal solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:o Generate sales leads through client visits, cold calls, and other activities.o Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.o Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.o Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information onproducts and services.o Prospect customer, Sectors & industry’s.2. Sales Activities:o Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.o Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals.o Negotiate orders and contracts with prospective clients.o Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, andnegotiations.o Meet regular sales targets (monthly/quarterly).3. Market and Customer Analysis:o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.o Prospect potential customers and evaluate their needs and potential.o Analyze competitors to provide insights for improving market position.4. Technical Support:o Provide technical support to customers, ensuring a thoroughunderstanding of TRRADO's products.o Make technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet clientneeds.o Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote productsand services.5. Team Collaboration and Reporting:o Coordinate with the sales team and report to the Senior Sales Manager.o Work closely with project teams and administrative staff.o Maintain client records and submit daily reports on sales activities.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A diploma orrelevant industrial experience will also be considered.• 1-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Precision Gearbox,Positioners, Nozzle Cleaning Units, Stabilizer-Transformer-AHF, Fume ExtractorsCobot-Robots & Automation Peripherals Solutions, or automation products.• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and applications.• Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.• Willingness to travel as needed.• Own vehicle compulsory at least 2WKey Competencies:• Technical Aptitude• Sales Acumen• Customer Focus• Problem-Solving Skills• Market Awareness• Communication Skills
