Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in drafting and designing internal communications and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged. Support employee engagement initiatives, including event communications, campaigns, and engagement activities and collaboration. Assist in maintaining and update internal communication channels, such as The Base and narrowcasting, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging. Assist in projects such as core values revamp, including wall branding and supporting the arrangement of town halls and other internal events. Contribute to social media content planning, creation, and scheduling across various platforms to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. Assist in developing employer branding materials and external communication assets to highlight the company's culture, values, and achievements. Support the creation of corporate storytelling assets, including employee blogs, feature articles, and content creation to strengthen brand narrative. Conduct market and industry research, particularly Global Capability Centre focusing to identify trends and inform communication strategies.Eligibility Criteria:Candidates must have completed or be pursuing a Postgraduate (PG) or PG Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.A 3-year Degree or Diploma in any field is mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.Preferred Skills:Experience in creating and editing communication materials.Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for various communication channels. Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
