Our luxury offerings cater to discerning clients, offering them a memorable and exclusive shopping experience. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth in the luxury B2C jewellery market. As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the brand’s presence, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients. You will oversee sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, an in-depth understanding of the luxury jewellery market, and the ability to navigate Dubai's affluent customer base.Key Responsibilities:Business Development through Networking & Partnerships:· Drive Sales through Key Connections: Leverage your established network of HNWIs, luxury retailers, corporate clients, influencers, and media to identify and secure new business opportunities.· Networking & Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with high-profile individuals and organizations, building partnerships with luxury retail partners, galleries, and exclusive venues.· Leverage Existing Relationships: Maintain and expand a pipeline of key contacts within the luxury market to facilitate new sales, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.· Corporate Collaborations: Explore business opportunities with other luxury brands or corporate organizations for joint ventures, exclusive collaborations, and bespoke offerings. Exhibitions, Shows, and Industry Events:· Representation at Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Represent the brand at luxury trade shows, high-profile jewellery exhibitions, and other industry events in Dubai and internationally, positioning our products among the elite market.· Organize and Lead Exclusive Events: Plan, manage, and execute high-end jewellery showcases, private viewings, VIP events, and product launches to engage key clients, influencers, and media.· Brand Presence: Strengthen the brand’s visibility and prestige through strategic participation in luxury expos and high-net-worth events in the Middle East and beyond.· Customer Experience: Deliver a personalized and memorable experience for guests at events, ensuring they are introduced to bespoke offerings and exclusive products. Sales Strategy & Execution:· Develop a Targeted Sales Plan: Create and execute tailored sales strategies to target the most affluent customers in the Dubai market, capitalizing on networking opportunities, shows, and exhibitions.· Achieve Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct sales and relationship-driven business development activities.· Track Performance: Regularly assess and report on sales performance, identifying trends and potential areas for growth. Client Relationship & Account Management:· Personalized Service: Offer exceptional, tailored services to VIP clients, from product recommendations to after-sales care, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty.· Customer Retention: Establish long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals through ongoing engagement and personalized experiences.· Exclusive Offers: Introduce new collections and bespoke services to existing clients, providing them with exclusive access to limited-edition pieces and one-on-one consultations. Team Leadership & Collaboration:· Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, guiding them to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.· Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, ensuring alignment between the brand’s business development goals and promotional activities for exhibitions, shows, and client engagement.· Sales Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on luxury sales techniques, event hosting, and client relationship management.Qualifications & Criteria:· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Jewellery or MBA in Marketing· Experience: 3-10years Front end Sales experience in B2C sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition experience into Dubai and UAE markets Preferred Skills & Attributes:· A robust, existing network of contacts within the luxury Jewellery, fashion, and corporate sectors.· A passion for the luxury Jewellery market and a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving trends.· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.· Proactive and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer service.· Creative and innovative mindset, always looking for new ways to engage and delight customers.How to Apply:· If you are passionate about luxury Jewellery, business development, and delivering exceptional experiences to high-net-worth individuals, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV and cover letter to hr.mumbai@
