Drive Details: Order Management - Telecom Location: Bangalore- ITPL SEZ, Aviator Building, 8th Floor Unit-B, Whitefield Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066Interview Date-5th & 6th AprilReporting Time: 10 AM to 3 PMExperience: 4 to 8 yearsShift: Night Shift ( US Shift hours)Telecommunication background is mustResponsibilities include:Order verification (OVC) and Order EntryValidate the pre-order received and refer it back to the Client Sales team if additional information is neededValidate technical/site detailsGather and verify data with the customer, including:Customer name and technical/site contacts, site readinessProducts ordered, product intervals, and customer delivery date requirementsReview order status communication planObtain Customer Service Record (CSR) for porting requests submitted through the client order to cash platformScrub and validate CSR to ensure numbers on the pre-order match those on the CSRReserve appropriate telephone numbers (VOIP Orders)Confirm that all documentation and customer information provided by Sales, Solution Architect, Global Client Services, and the Customer is completeUpdate and complete order informationSubmit orders to provisioningManage fallout/exception orders, including:Tracking assigned orders, resolving order fallout tasks, and driving resolution of order rejectionsEscalating to supplier organizations on orders requiring actionConfirming that all pre-work activities related to activation are completeCoordinating test and installation, scheduling activationPerform all Order Management fallout functions related to groups of orders for a single client or projectProvide senior-level support for escalated orders, high visibility clients, and high revenue ordersUpdate price impacting quotes for change ordersManage and resolve fallout in specialty areas such as circuit provisioning and network buildsProvide vendor partner oversightCoordinate CPE (circuit provisioning) delivery and managed services activation (if applicable)Ensure order completion and validate order sent to billingSkills and Qualifications:Must have experience in Telecommunications, Networking Technologies, and SolutionsSFDC tool & processes knowledgeAbility to deliver written and verbal messages with customersCritical thinking in the decision-making processTechnical aptitude and forward thinkingEnglish literacy and numeracyStrong customer service focus with a drive to deliver a world-class customer experienceClear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPerform well under pressure to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality of inputExperience in a B2B/Corporate environmentProblem management and strong analytical skills
