We are currently exporting to over 17 countries from India currently.Read to learn more ▶️ Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards in industrial and international shipments.Lead and manage the QC team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product compliance with industry standards.Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality.Oversee international shipment quality control, ensuring products (including antimony and other industrial materials) meet regulatory and customer standards.Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing preventive actions.Strategically divert resources from agro to optimize quality control in high-priority shipments.Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.4+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in industrial manufacturing, international trade, or logistics.Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, and other industry standards.Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory audits.Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement.Why Join Scimplify?Be part of an innovative and quality-driven company.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
