With over 100 years of innovation, they provide energy-efficient solutions that help customers manage electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical power more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.Presence: Operates in 175+ countriesFocus Areas: Power distribution, energy storage, industrial automation, backup power (UPS), power quality, and advanced IT infrastructure solutionsIndustries Served: Data centers, utilities, buildings, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and more.Responsibilities:Build, establish, and manage strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators to drive consistent sales growth.Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key customers to enhance future business prospects across multiple product lines.Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and solutions to support customers and partners in designing optimized offerings.Conduct training sessions and promote newly launched products to ensure partners are always up to date.Execute effective channel strategies, such as partner programs, to expand the enterprise business portfolio.Establish multi-level relationships with new clients and competitive accounts to expand market presence.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving market dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.Identify and resolve channel conflicts at an early stage to maintain a seamless partner ecosystem.Collaborate closely with electrical consultants and key influencers for upcoming infrastructure and commercial projects.Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned regions – Rajasthan, MP, Chhattisgarh, and attend meetings in Delhi NCR as required.Qualifications:Bachelor of Technology in Electronics or Electrical engineering / B.Sc / MBARequired Skills:6–10 years of sales experience in Delhi, Rajasthan, MP & Chhattisgarh regionsMinimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience combined with channel partner managementProven and consistent sales performance track recordExperience in selling 3 Phase Large UPS Systems, Batteries, PDUs, Server Racks, IT Solutions, and SoftwareShould be accountable, proactive, and willing to learnComfortable with regular travel across the assigned territoryWilling to work in a challenging and agile environmentStrong teamwork orientation and effective communication skills
