Work Location: Tiruchirappalli, IndiaRole Demands: The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring that the assigned sales/execution/operations objectives across entire allocated geography are met. This is a position that involves supervising the entire Field/Operations/sales team of the Project in allocated regions. The role is accountable for the day-to-day Performance as per the agreed KPIs in the territory assigned in accordance with overall company policy. Major parts of the day-to-day activities includes driving Sales KPIs, Operational efficiencies with focus on delivering Top line and Bottom-line targets. The role would also ensure seamless Distribution/Retailer Channel management/B2C Business and Client relationship managementEducational Qualification: Graduate preferably B.Tech /B.E. in Petroleum, Automobile, Mechanical, Chemical TechnicalQualification: Strong technical know how about lubricant formulationsExperience: Experience of 4+ years in B2C with FMCG business Working knowledge of the Lubricants industries from a technical standpoint
