They are well known for investing significantly in their staff - this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop new skills.Key points about our client:Are over 20 years old.Offers an integrated platform designed to enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes such as sales, production, stock management, and customer service.Honored as a Lighthouse Project and received funding from the Digital Innovation Fund as part of the UK's Smart Manufacturing Data Hub (SMDH) initiativeThey are looking to make a full-time hire for a long-term position.Location: Remote Work from Home in IndiaMinimum Experience: 3+ years in Ruby and 3+ years in AngularShift Timings: 12 pm - 9:30 pm (Summer), 1 pm - 10:30 pm (Winter)Roles and responsibilities1. Full-Stack DevelopmentBuild and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails for the backend and Angular for the frontendImplement NGRX for scalable and maintainable state managementDevelop robust APIs and ensure high-performance front-end interfaces2. Database Management and IntegrationDesign, query and optimise databases using PostgresEnsure database reliability, security and scalability to support application needs3. Code Quality, Testing and Best PracticesWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code, ideally using MinitestParticipate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standardsContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture4.
