Role – .NET Solution ArchitectExperience – 10+ yearsLocation – JaipurJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect with a strong background in solution design and expertise across the full spectrum of .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design and technical direction for complex software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. The .NET Architect will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to define architecture, evaluate tools and frameworks, and deliver innovative enterprise solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of software development best practices, technical leadership, and a proactive approach to staying current with new technologies.Key Responsibilities:• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable, and reliable software systems using the Microsoft technology stack.• Technology Leadership: Provide direction on .NET technologies, including .NET Core, MVC, Web API, WPF, Azure, Entity Framework, Microservices, and more.• Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish development standards, code reviews, and best practices for teams.• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers and ensuring alignment with the overall architecture.• Cloud Solutions: Design and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure and its services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all systems meet security and regulatory requirements, including OWASP standards, GDPR, and others.• Performance Optimization: Architect systems for high availability, load balancing, and scalability.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural and solution design documentation.Required Skills & Experience:• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.• Proven experience as a .NET Architect, designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.• Expertise in .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and C#.• Strong experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and cloud-native architecture.• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment using Azure DevOps, Git.• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.• Thorough understanding of SOA, RESTful services, and message-based systems.• Familiarity with data modeling, relational databases (SQL Server), and NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB).• Experience in agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.• Ability to design for high-performance, large-scale systems.• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.Optional Skills (Preferred):• Internet of Things (IoT): Experience in designing or integrating IoT solutions, including devicecommunication, sensor networks, and cloud processing for connected devices.• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML): Experience with AI and ML frameworks like Azure Cognitive Services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and their integration into .NET applications.Preferred Certifications:• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert• Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or similar certifications.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).• TOGAF certification (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a plus.Preferred Domain Expertise:Worked in one or more domains• Financial Services• Healthcare• E-commerce• Manufacturing• Government and Public Sector• Experience with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA) is an added advantage.Soft Skills:• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.• Ability to mentor and guide development teams.• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.Interest Candidate can share your cv or reference at sulabh.tailang@
