Are you ready to be part of this revolution? We are Seeking: Business Analyst on Data Domain  We are seeking a talented and versatile Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team and play a key role in shaping our AI solutions. In this role, you will combine your business analysis skills with the exciting field of prompt engineering to help design and implement AI-driven applications. What You'll Do: Prompt Engineering:  Undergo training to understand the advanced concepts of prompt engineering  Write prompts in understanding various KRA/KPI’s identified along with understanding of data sources and data sets.  Design and develop prompts that guide AI models to produce desired outputs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and contextual appropriateness.   Experiment and test prompts to evaluate their performance, using data to drive adjustments and enhance accuracy.   Continuously monitor and optimize prompts to improve model performance, incorporating feedback and new research.   Business Analysis:  Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to translate business needs into KRA/KPI’s Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams, to ensure alignment between business goals and AI applications.   Create user-friendly documentation and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.   Technical Skills:  Utilize SQL to query and analyze data to inform prompt engineering and business analysis. Demonstrate a basic understanding of BI tools for data visualization and reporting. Innovation:  Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI to incorporate innovative techniques and best practices into prompt engineering. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.   3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.  Basic knowledge of BI tools.  Experience in querying using SQL.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.   Ability to work in a collaborative environment.   Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering. Basic Understanding of latest AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok etc.,  Added Advantage: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems Team player mentality with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Willingness to learn and keep yourself abreast of developments in rapid evolving AI environment.  Why Join DataMantis? Be part of a cutting-edge AI startup shaping the future of business Collaborative, flat organization with a focus on culture and employee satisfaction Professional development and training budgets Career growth in a rapidly expanding field Regular team-building events and activities How to Apply If you're excited about this opportunity, we want to hear from you!
