The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services—preferably in the loan or education financing sector—and a strong ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targetsIdentify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clientsConduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customersMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referralsEnsure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applicationsWork closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiencesKeep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offeringsKey Requirements:1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial servicesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven mindset with a go-getter attitudeBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirableProficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applicationsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentivesGrowth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organizationHealth insurance and other employee benefitsA vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
