Senior Program Manager – Data Lakehouse TransitionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of data systems to a modern Data Lakehouse architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale data transformation programs and managing complex customer data ecosystems. You will work across technology, data engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive successful delivery and adoption.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the program management of the Data Lakehouse transition, from planning to execution and post-implementation support.Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, BI developers, cloud experts, and business analysts.Drive alignment across stakeholders on goals, timelines, risks, and deliverables for a multi-phase migration roadmap.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including workstreams for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and reporting.Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are embedded into the solution.Coordinate with business units to ensure minimal disruption to critical data services during the transition.Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, change control, and communications.Track key KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on program progress, blockers, and value realization.Support organizational readiness, training, and adoption of new tools and practices.Ensure that customer data is transitioned securely and compliantly, in alignment with internal policies and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years of experience in program/project management in large-scale IT or data transformation programs.Strong knowledge of data platforms, data lakes, lakehouses, and cloud-based architectures (Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, etc.).Experience managing complex customer data systems with a high degree of data variety, volume, and sensitivity.Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, cross-team coordination, and executive communication.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.Experience with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Background in industries with complex customer universes (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom).Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security best practices.Why Join Us:Be a key driver in a strategic data transformation initiative.Collaborate with cutting-edge data and cloud teams.Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and leadership exposure.High-visibility role with opportunity for long-term impact and growth.
