Job Description - They handle all financial functions for the to be listed company such as IPO processes, fundings as well as Oversee finance and accounts team.Developing a financial strategy: To work with the CEO, CFO and the management to develop a financial strategy that is aligned with the company's goals and ObjectivesKey experience in IPO, QIP, public market deals, investors & analyst communication, M&A and strategic investments (tech/B2B), growth strategy, financial planning and Board level oversightExecute Investor Relations (Capital Markets), Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development InitiativesNegotiating the terms of the offering, setting the prices for the shares and developing marketing materials to promote the company to potential investors.Investor relations. They will be responsible for maintaining transparent communication and building trust with the investors, ensuring they are well informed about the company's financial health and strategic directionSupported the entire listing process (along CXO team, BRLMs, legal counsels) Managing risks: To manage and identify risks associated with the process of listing, including financial, legal and reputation risks.Working with legal counsel and other advisors to ensure that the company is complying with all the relevant laws and regulations ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.Provide support to the head corporate finance in managing the board of directors and shareholders as needed.Cultivate strong relationships with investors/analysts, Building financial models, Collaborating with CEO to ensure alignment in external communication.Experience-14+ years(10 years of experience with listed Companies with multi company Setup.) Qualification - CA (preferred but not mandatory)
