This individual will be responsible for supporting the corporate testing portfolio for Fanatics Commerce and other verticals.The Experimentation Operations Consultant will be a primary point of contact for setup and roadmapping of all experiments across the organization. Our testing portfolio covers a broad spectrumof experiments including site algorithms, platform features, catalog and pricing changes, design enhancements, etc. We are looking for a skilled Operations Consultant who can support dailyoperations and enhance the organization and efficiency of the overall program.Responsibilities:• Feature validation process• Lead the validation of infrastructure-related and user-facing features, not only in terms of functionality, but also tracking and overall customer experience• Drive smooth execution of the testing roadmap• Ensure maximum utilization of testing bandwidth on all supported sites, domestic and international• Work with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap opportunities based on business and tech requirements• Support deployment of winning experiences• Work with operations, Tech and business teams to graduate winning features to relevant domains or to the platform • Manage test launch and UX review to ensure testing fidelity and validity• Ensure a seamless site and customer experience for every test• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks, deliver projects on time against the agreed-upon critical metrics • Support the Experimentation archive and project brief process in Confluence• Building confluence briefs for future tests• Drive the process for aggregating learnings across tests and creating meta-analyses• Support the test communication process• Inform stakeholders of test status, provide visibility into test outcomes, and populate experimentation roadmap based on testing recommendations• Document and maintain line of sight of future test iterations• Institute a robust test intake process• Drive continual process improvements across multiple teams and functionsQualifications• Organized, detail-oriented and strong team player• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets• Prior experience at an e-Commerce company and/or Experimentation preferred• Bachelor’s degree requiredAvenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
