Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop impactful strategies that boost client engagement and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various channelsManage and nurture client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective clientsCollaborate with internal teams to create business development strategiesMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business DevelopmentProven experience in new business acquisitionStrong sales closing and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to meet targets and drive revenue growthBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceExperience in the marketing or creative industry is a plusNote : Working Days - Monday to Odd Saturdays ( 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF )
