Job DescriptionRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.Agile Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create and manage user stories, detailing the specific functionality and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the digital platform meets their needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and smooth execution of development activities.Feature Delivery: Monitor and track the progress of feature development, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhancements to the digital platform, driving a culture of continuous improvement.Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor and analyse key metrics and user feedback to measure the performance of the digital platform and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.All you need is:Minimum 6-15 Years of experience in requirement gathering analysis and functional design in ocean container shipping, freight and logistics domain.Strong understanding of container shipping industryExcellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes. Conduct market research activities to understand market insights.Experience in managing a small to mid-size team.Good Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA or EquivalentKnowledge and Background:Deep understanding of container booking, routing, scheduling, capacity management and documentation processKnowledge of container shipping IT applications and process flowsWork experience with container shipping line’s IT department is preferred
