Job overview-The EVP – Strategy and Innovation will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s long-term strategic vision, ensuring scalable growth, and driving transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align business priorities, optimize operational models, and identify new opportunities for expansion. We are growing rapidly and looking for talented professionals like you to be part of this journey.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Growth • Develop and drive the 3-5 year strategic roadmap for the GCC, ensuring alignment with global leadership priorities.• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new service lines, expansion, and strategic partnerships.• Conduct market intelligence to assess industry trends, competition, and innovation opportunities.Operational & Business Transformation • Partner with the COO to optimize operational efficiencies and enhance service delivery models. • Work with the CPCO to shape the talent strategy, ensuring capability-building for future needs including areas of being employer of choice, talent retention and effectiveness in line with financial implications and market competitiveness• Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning, investment strategy, and ROI measurement for growth initiatives.• Drive the adoption of digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance productivity. Definition of roadmap will be in collaboration of broader leadership and direct partnership with COO.• Continuously evaluate and refine the operating model and organizational design to meet the evolving needs of clients and employees. • Lead initiatives to reimagine the organizational structure with a focus on agility, scalability, and effective change management.Governance & Performance Monitoring • Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) and governance models to track progress against strategic goals.• Conduct quarterly strategic reviews to assess execution, roadblocks, and necessary course corrections.• Ensure risk mitigation and business continuity planning in collaboration with key leadership functions.This may be the right role for you if you have- • 15+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or corporate leadership roles within GCCs (Global Capability Centers), Consulting, or Global Operations.• Prior experience in scaling operations, business transformation, and strategy execution in a multi-service environment.• Deep understanding of GCC operating models, global market trends, and digital transformation.• Strong financial acumen with experience in business case development, budgeting, and ROI measurement.• Proven track record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.Preferred background-• Experience in GCCs of major consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, Accenture, ANSR Global, Zinnov,etc.) or large multinational organizations.• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-suite executives and global stakeholders.• Expertise in operating model design, organizational design, business strategy, talent strategy, and change management
