This role is essential to drive automation and self-service innovations, reducing reliance on customer support while enhancing efficiency and satisfaction. By leveraging AI, machine learning, and intelligent workflows, the Product Manager will streamline processes, optimize digital touchpoints, and improve operational agility. Their expertise will ensure that our self-service capabilities remain competitive, scalable, and customer-centric, ultimately driving growth and engagement in an increasingly digital-first landscape. Key responsibilities- Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the roadmap for automation and self-service, integrating AI and ML for smarter digital interactions.Automation & Self-Service Execution: Build and optimize self-service tools, transaction workflows, and conversational AI solutions to streamline operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, IT, and customer service teams to align initiatives with business objectives.Product Lifecycle & UAT: Oversee end-to-end product management, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and performance.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze KPIs (self-service adoption, customer engagement, efficiency gains) and leverage insights to enhance offerings.Go-to-Market & Innovation: Lead product launches, drive customer education, and stay ahead of industry trends in automation and self-service tech.Qualification & experience - Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and MBA preferredExperience: 3–5 years in product management, with a focus on automation, self-service, or digital products in banking, fintech, or financial services.Skills: Strong expertise in AI, automation, UX/UI, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
