The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing the firm in legal proceedings.
