This includes enhancing on-platform and off-platform engagement, increasing awareness of JioSaavn’s offerings, and contributing to subscription growth. Your focus will be on creating and implementing innovative strategies to build a loyal and engaged user base. The ideal candidate will possess strong data-driven decision-making skills, a creative mindset for engagement campaigns, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. You will leverage multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, emails, in-app notifications, and external media, to craft impactful campaigns that resonate with users.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Drive user growth, platform awareness, and engagement across channels through targeted strategies and campaigns.Manage lifecycle campaigns to improve retention, reactivate users, and enhance key metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU).Design and execute on-platform and off-platform initiatives to boost awareness and subscriptions.Plan and implement personalized communication strategies across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other touchpoints.Build and optimize an experimentation framework with A/B tests to improve the user lifecycle funnel.Monitor and report campaign performance at a cohort level, ensuring alignment with ROI and KPIs.Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop engaging content and user experiences.Develop a 360-degree marketing roadmap with clear medium- and long-term goals aligned to business growth objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience: Any graduate degree/MBA/PGDM with 1–3 years in Growth Marketing, CLM, or 360-degree campaigns. Experience in OTT, Entertainment, Media, or Telecoms is preferred.Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and MarTech tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, MoEngage, CleverTap, and WebEngage.Problem-Solving & Creativity: Strategic thinker with the ability to design user-centric campaigns that drive growth, awareness, and munication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience managing multi-channel communication across SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute marketing initiatives effectively in a dynamic environment.BENEFITS AND PERKS:At JioSaavn, we blur work and play, and you get all the perks of a global company.
