Specializing in Turnkey Building Solutions for high-end residential and commercial projects, we focus on crafting spaces that epitomize luxury and functionality.We are looking for Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join our team.Position Details:Position Title -Project Manager/Senior Project MnagerExperience : Minimum 18 +yearsQualification : B.E/B.Tech, Civil or Diploma, CiviSalary : 70,000 Rs per month (Depending upon candidate experience & ability)Resume - Resume to be updated with project detailsQualificationsStrong expertise in the construction field.Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses preferably. Added advantage to have had experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etcProficiency in MS Office/Excel/AutoCaddMust own a two-wheeler for site visits.Strong verbal, written, and organizational skillsShould have had a stable career path with not too many job jumps. Should be goal oriented and task oriented, completing the work in a timely mannerThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.ResponsibilitiesTaking full ownership of project sites on progress, quality, safety and scheduleScheduling and planning of current and future works with written schedule for each work communicated to vendor regularly.Monitoring project deliverablesLabour mobilization as required.Daily follow up with consultant and vendors to ensure work progressOrienting site team and vendors on works and solving site issues.Ensuring team and vendor clarity, management, discipline and happinessGuidance on raising necessary indents with proper planning and timeApproving / giving feedback for material bills from office by checking quality and unloading etcUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team memberExperience in Residential construction from foundation to interiorsManaging 100% work completion area wiseEnsuring site safety
