Job Title: ELM AnalystJob Location: BangaloreJob Type: Full TimeExperience: 0-6 monthsAbout this role:We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our growing team as Analyst focused on Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) technology. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to build a career in the fast-evolving legal technology space.You will receive hands-on training and mentorship on ELM platforms and gain real-world exposure to legal operations, data management, legal tech implementation, and client support.Key Responsibilities:Participate in onboarding and training programs to learn ELM tools and conceptsSupport implementation and configuration of ELM platforms (e.g. TeamConnect, Onit etc.)Assist in data uploads, quality checks, user setup, and workflow configurationsCollaborate with senior team members to support project delivery and client needsDocument processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain task logsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Work on various mini projects such as an annual software true up campaign.Who you are:A recent graduate in Engineering (any stream – Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.)Eager to learn and explore the intersection of technology and legal operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of software concepts and database fundamentalsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProactive, curious, and detail-orientedAbout Morae:Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
