Optym offers a generous profit and equity sharing plan with the potential to increase your compensation substantially salary based on the success of Optym.ResponsibilitiesDetermines technicalfeasibility of medium to low complexity features or solutionsby evaluating the problem, customer requirements, possiblesolutions, and technologyrequirements.Exercises judgment in prioritizing tasks and selecting methods and techniques for obtainingsolutions.Creates a low-level design of modules of a software application through proper documentation and diagrams.Develops software solutions by studying requirements, clarifying customer/user needs,analyzing data and processes, and following established software development practices and processes.Updates and shares knowledgeby studying state-of-the-art development tools, programmingtechniques, and computing technology.Guides junior team members about coding and bestpractices.Requirements:B.Tech/B.S. or M.Tech/M.S. in ComputerScience, IT or related field.Experience 3 to 6 yearsMandatory SkillsExcellent AptitudeShould be proficient in the followingarea of .NET Core 3.1 and above 1) Experience with the .NET framework 2) Parallel and Asynchronous programming 3) Linq,ORM 4) Debugging/troubleshooting in .NetShould have experience in PostgreSQL / SQL Server 2012 and above.Should have the following design skills 1) OOP 2) Proficiency in Design PatternsUnderstanding of Algorithms and Data structures.Experience in Requirement/Design/Code Review & InspectionsHands-on experience with using Git (handling branchingand merging)Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsDesirable Skills:Experience with Agile methodologiesDomain DrivenDesign
