Job Title: Product Manager – Lab (Remote) Location: Remote Responsibilities:Effectively manage a core portfolio of laboratory products.Oversee the complete product development lifecycle—from design through to launch—and lead commercialization efforts for both new and existing products.Lead cross-functional project teams comprising designers, project managers, engineers, quality, procurement, and other internal departments.Conduct detailed market analysis and integrate key trends, customer feedback, pricing strategies, and competitive insights into product strategy and business models.Strategically manage product pricing within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue and margins, considering broader market dynamics.Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and perform market research to develop marketing briefs that support new product development through the Stage Gate process.Support Sales teams with in-depth product and application training.Deliver detailed technical and application support directly to customers.Provide regular status updates to the Strategic Leadership Team, including progress reports, identified roadblocks, and actionable solutions.Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments.Experience & Education Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Biochemistry.Experience in plastics molding and manufacturing technology is a strong advantage.5–6 years of experience in a similar product management role.Proven track record in Portfolio Lifecycle Management, including successful new product launches.Experience working with B2B partners (e.g., distributors).Familiarity with US and European customer requirements is desirable.Strong experience in planning, cost analysis, and pricing strategy.
