Position : Lecturer / Assistant professorEducation : MSC in Mental healthFresher and experience both can apply Position Summary:The Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing will deliver high-quality teaching, engage in curriculum development, supervise students, and contribute to research and clinical training in the area of mental health nursing. The ideal candidate will be a registered mental health nurse with academic and clinical experience, passionate about educating the next generation of mental health professionals.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Teaching and Learning:Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in mental health nursing and related areas.Supervise and mentor students during classroom learning, simulation labs, and clinical placements.Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.Utilize modern teaching tools and methods including online learning platforms.Curriculum and Program Development:Participate in the design, review, and enhancement of mental health nursing curricula.Ensure course content aligns with current clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.Promote interprofessional education and holistic mental health care approaches.Research and Scholarship:Contribute to academic research in mental health, nursing education, or healthcare systems.Publish scholarly articles and attend relevant conferences or workshops.Guide and support postgraduate students in research projects and dissertations.Clinical Engagement:Support student integration into clinical practice through hospital or community placements.Liaise with clinical partners to ensure high-quality experiential learning.Participate in clinical assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.Administrative and Institutional Duties:Serve on departmental committees, attend faculty meetings, and support academic planning.Assist in student recruitment, orientation, and progression activities.Maintain accurate records related to teaching, attendance, assessments, and student evaluations.
